Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter & Admin at miniExtensions, your daily tasks will include:
- Recruitment: Identify, interview, and onboard new talent to grow our team.
- Billing Management: Address billing inquiries and assist with invoicing processes to maintain financial accuracy.
- HR Support: Provide administrative assistance in HR functions, including maintaining employee records and facilitating communication.
- Automation Setup: Utilize Airtable and miniExtensions to create automated workflows that streamline operations and improve productivity.
Who We’re Looking For: Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Full-Time Availability: Commitment to working 40+ hours per week is required.
- PST Working Hours: Ability to work during PST hours (9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with technical tasks, particularly in setting up automation on Airtable and miniExtensions.
- Experience with Hubstaff: Familiarity with logging work hours using Hubstaff is preferred.
