Our mission is to provide the best tools for analyzing data from popular apps and APIs. Our app is already available on Shopify, Stripe, and QuickBooks, and we are working hard to expand to other platforms.

About the Role

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

This role is primarily focused on customer support. You will spend most of your time reading and replying to customer emails through our helpdesk tool, along with providing live chat support to select customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Queries: Handle requests for custom reports and custom formulas, help merchants schedule and set up reports in Google Sheets, and investigate and explain report results.
  • Feature and Pricing Inquiries: Address questions about features, capabilities, pricing, refunds, and general interface questions.
  • Video Demonstrations: Record videos to demonstrate the functionality of the app and answer specific customer questions.

Occasional Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Write detailed documentation about various features of the app.
  • Customer Calls: Occasionally jump on phone or video calls with larger customers to educate them and walk through various features.

Required Skills

  • Analytical Reading: Ability to read and understand customer emails, not just the words but the underlying questions.
  • Intelligible Writing: Excellent written English, with clear, concise, and grammatically correct communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Tenacity in tackling new and unique report requests, considering various solutions to find the optimal one.
  • Love for Data and Numbers: Comfort and interest in working with data. While extensive experience with data tools isn’t required, it is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with Data Analysis Tools: Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
  • E-Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Experience: Familiarity with these domains is beneficial as our reports often analyze orders, transactions, and financial data.
  • Ability to Create Engaging Screencasts: Experience in creating screencasts for documentation and tutorial purposes.
