The Role
As the Email Strategy Team Lead, you will guide, coach, and develop our Email Strategist team while creating and implementing high-quality email strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Development:
KPI Growth: Improve department processes and KPIs.
Workflow Optimization: Optimize workflows based on best practices, testing, and efficiency KPIs.
Department Growth: Support hiring decisions and prepare the department for continued growth.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement innovative email marketing strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance data to inform strategic adjustments.
Run A/B tests and make adjustments to improve performance.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the email marketing team, including designers and data analysts.
Develop individual training plans for team members and conduct regular reviews.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee email marketing projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Communicate regularly with clients about campaign progress and results.
Desired Outcomes & Goals:
Maintain a client churn rate of less than 5% per quarter.
Handle 10-15 clients and manage the Email Strategist team.
Ensure clients receive a minimum of 5x ROI on their investment.
Maintain a team member churn rate of less than 5%.
Enhance operational efficiency, aiming for a 10% improvement quarter-on-quarter.
